Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center in the United States.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 within the continental United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location and typically range from 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. boxes for expedited shipping
- APO/FPO addresses for certain products
- Areas with shipping restrictions
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@purpleecomstore.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
